Pina Colada Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8.5 oz.) can cream of coconut
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. rum extract
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl and beat until well blended.
    Store in airtight container in the refrigerator. Yields about 1 1/2 cups dressing. Serve on fresh fruit salads.
