Crispy Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 large unpeeled potatoes, thinly sliced
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Layer potatoes in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, brushing each layer with butter mixture.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
Yield: 6 persons.
