Homemade Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    salt
    bread or crackers
Preparation
    Place whipping cream in a pint jar.
    Shake jar until the cream thickens.
    Pour off excess
    liquid and rinse with cold water. Sprinkle with salt and blend in the salt with a spoon.
    Spread on bread or crackers.
