Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 fresh eggs
    6 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1/2 Tbsp. mace
    1/2 Tbsp. coriander seed
    1/2 Tbsp. cardamon seed
    1/2 Tbsp. cloves
    10 small hot red peppers
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook the eggs in hot water for 15 minutes.
    Place in cold water.
    Remove the shells and pack the eggs in preheated jars.
    In a kettle, combine vinegar, spices and sugar.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour over the eggs and seal.
    Set container in refrigerator until ready to use.
