Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

1 medium head cauliflower
1/4 lb. turkey pastrami, chopped
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. 4 cheese blend
Preparation

Boil cauliflower 7 to 10 minutes; drain. Melt butter. Add flour and mix well. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. After it begins to thicken, add cheese and pastrami. Add cauliflower and pour into a 2-quart baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
