Aebleskiver - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. oil
salt
1 cap vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, separated
3 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. beer
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix all together and beat egg whites separately.
Fold in last.
Makes a large batch.
Cook in Aebleskiver pan.
