Cranberry Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
1 c. whole or jellied cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add raisins; stir in egg, cranberry sauce and oil.
Add dry ingredients to cranberry mixture.
Stir.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes until browned.
