Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
    11 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    chopped vegetables: radishes, carrots, onions, bell peppers, celery, cauliflower, broccoli and tomatoes
    shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Separate crescent rolls and spread in 12 x 18-inch greased pan.
    Bake 12 minutes.
    Blend next seven items and spread it over cooled crust.
    Add your choice of vegetables and top with shredded cheese.
