Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
    1 bunch fresh cauliflower, cut up
    1/2 lb. fresh carrots, peeled and chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. shredded sharp process Cheddar
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Steam vegetables until tender; drain.
    Arrange in 3-quart casserole which has been buttered.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over vegetables.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
