Charcoal-Grilled Salmon Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 salmon steaks (3/4-inch thick)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
paprika
Preparation
-
Thaw steaks if frozen and put in well-greased hinged wire grills.
Mix remaining ingredients, except paprika.
Baste fish with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
