Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    4 c. celery, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 c. sliced almonds (optional)
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine all ingredients except cornflakes and cheese.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Spoon into buttered oblong 2-quart dish.
    Top with crushed cornflakes and cheese.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until lightly browned.
