Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chunk style peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, evaporated
    milk and butter in 3-quart casserole.
    Cook on Full power for 10 to 13 minutes or until soft ball stage is reached*.
    Stir mixture 3 times during cooking time. Beat in marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla with wire whip until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
