Ingredients

16 oz. potatoes, cleaned
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. crushed dried rosemary (optional)
2 tsp. safflower oil
Preparation

Cut potatoes into julienne strips.
Place in bowl and toss with oil and seasonings.
Spread on nonstick baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
Serves 4.
