Chicken Poppy Seed Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken boiled and boned or approx 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz) sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 to 1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Boil chicken until done.
Debone and shred into the bottom of a casserole dish.
Mix together sour cream and soup.
Pour over the top of the chicken.
Sprinkle crackers on the top and pour melted butter over crackers.
(Sprinkle with poppy seeds.)
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
