Curried Rice And Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 green onions
    4 radishes, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 oz. black olives, chopped
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, drained and marinade saved
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
    marinade from artichokes
Preparation
    Mix together last 3 ingredients. Cook Rice-A-Roni according to directions on box. Let rice cool, then add chopped vegetables. Stir in mayonnaise/marinade mix and refrigerate.
