Spinach And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. spinach, thawed
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cooked rice or 2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute spinach and onion in margarine.
    Mix remaining ingredients (except bread crumbs).
    Place in buttered casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
