Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3 c. rhubarb
    butter
Preparation
    Prepare dough for crust; place in pie pan for bottom crust. Mix ingredients together and dot with butter.
    Put on top crust and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then turn down to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
