Raccoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 raccoon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Clean raccoon.
    Parboil in clear water and red pepper.
    Cook until tender.
    Remove from water; season with salt, pepper and garlic (diced).
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
