Spaghetti Alla Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 slice pancetta (about 1-inch thick)
    4 eggs
    extra virgin olive oil
    salt
    pepper
    1 pkg. spaghetti
    milk
Preparation
    Unroll pancetta and cut into small cubes.
    Put 2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil into a small frying pan.
    Add pancetta cubes and fry over medium to low heat (cook slowly) until cooked, but not too hard/crispy.
