Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini (do not peel)
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda (baking)
Preparation
    Grate the zucchini (do not peel).
    Beat oil, eggs and vanilla in blender.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Add together the zucchini, egg mixture and dry mixture.
    Bake 2 loaves for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
