Meat And Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium potato, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 can tomato juice (medium size)
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, potato and onion.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Make into balls and brown in skillet with a little oil.
    Brown on all sides, then pour tomato juice over the balls and simmer until done.
    Can be served over cooked macaroni or spaghetti.
