Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. skim milk
    3 c. water
    4 large potatoes, sliced round
    salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in 4-quart cooker.
    Cook over low heat until tender.
    Add salt to taste.
