Busy-Day Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless beef chuck roast
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Put meat in a heavy Dutch oven.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spread over top and sides of roast.
    Cover and bake for about 3 hours, until tender.
    Lift meat to cutting board.
    Let stand about 5 minutes, then cut into thin slices.
    Pour gravy into a sauceboat to spoon over each serving.
