Pecan Pie(Best Of Show - 1993 Jones County Fair) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 to 2 c. pecan halves
9-inch pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Blend in beaten eggs, vanilla, pecans (chopped), syrup, salt and sugar.
Add ingredients to pie shell.
Carefully place pecan halves in design of choice on top of filling.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
Cool to room temperature.
