Chicken Chili Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cooked chicken breasts or 2 cans chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. oil
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (mild)
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onion, garlic and pepper in oil until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese, sour cream or green onions.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Serves 6.
