Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small size can puree
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 medium onions
    mushrooms (optional)
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 to 3 green peppers
    Italian seasoning
    oregano
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry onions, green peppers and mushrooms in oil.
    Add hamburg. Drain fat.
    Add tomatoes, sauce and paste together in a large kettle.
    Mix well.
    Season with 4 shakes of Italian seasoning, 3 shakes oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add crushed garlic. Cook uncovered, simmering 4 to 6 hours or longer.
