Chicken Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can crushed chips or shoestring potatoes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese and chips.
    Pour in casserole dish. Cover with chips or potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
