Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked
    8 oz. evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine
    5 heaping Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. x-sharp Cheddar, chopped
    5 slices American cheese
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Pour 3 cups evaporated milk in saucepan.
    Supplement last 1 1/4 cups with water.
    Add 5 heaping tablespoons flour and stir out all lumps.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place 1 stick margarine in saucepan and stir over medium-low flame until thickened.
