Baked Corn With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    2 (12 oz.) cans corn
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter; blend in flour and salt.
    Add sour cream gradually, stirring to keep smooth.
    Bring just to a boil and add corn.
    Cook until heated through.
    Pour in greased baking dish. Garnish with parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
