Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. dried pinto beans
1 tsp. salt
1/4 chili pepper
sprinkle of red pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Use enough water to cover beans.
Check frequently.
Add water, if needed.
Cook on low heat.
Do not boil.
Add tomato sauce, when beans are tender (approximately 2 hours).
