Pear Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
-
Combine first 3 ingredients.
Add ice water.
Toss and push together in a ball and flour sides.
Refrigerate about 10 to 15 minutes.
Take out of refrigerator and roll out into pie pan. Prick with a fork.
Bake until light brown.
