Zucchini Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    olive oil
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice zucchini into stick forms.
    Sprinkle with garlic, olive oil and soy sauce.
    Marinate 30 minutes.
    Roll zucchini sticks in flour.
    Dip in beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
    Deep-fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels before serving.
