Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. bacon bits
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water until they come to a boil.
    Turn stove down and add bacon bits, carrots, chicken soup and celery soup. Mix thoroughly.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add evaporated milk and simmer until done.
    Stir often to keep from sticking or scorching.
    Can add parsley flakes, if desired.
