1 c. + ground cinnamon
4 Tbsp. white glue
3/4 to 1 c. water

Preparation

You will also need rolling pin, cookie cutters, cookie sheet, toothpick, waxed paper, acrylic paint, artist's brush, plastic straw and ribbon.
