Roast Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper
2 c. chicken broth
7 to 8 lb. leg of lamb
several pieces garlic
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
-
Make several slits in lamb.
Place a piece of garlic in each slit.
Rub lamb with thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Place lamb on rack in roasting pan in 325\u00b0 oven.
Roast for 1 1/2 hours for medium rare and 2 1/2 hours for medium.
