Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks (save whites)
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut (fold in batter)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Add each item in order given and blend well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in batter.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) round greased and floured cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Test for doneness.
