Pineapple Beans With Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple with 1/2 c. juice
    1 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion and salt into small balls.
    Brown in oil. Drain pineapple, keeping 1/2 cup juice.
    Combine juice, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Combine meatballs, sauce, beans and pineapple in a lightly greased 3-quart casserole dish.
    Bake 45 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
