Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well with mixer.
Cook 40 minutes in greased and floured 9x13-inch pan at 350\u00b0.
