Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Stir in zucchini, vanilla and orange peel.
Alternately add dry ingredients and milk.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool.
Top with glaze.
