Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces chicken thighs
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a pot; cover.
    Over medium heat, cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
    Serve over hot rice.
