Creamed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. celery
1 small onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash and cut celery in about 1-inch lengths.
Chop onion fine. Cook celery and onions in salt water until tender.
Drain.
