Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thin sliced beef
1 white onion
1 large bell pepper
1 c. soy sauce
1 can brown gravy
1 stick butter
2 bags instant rice
Preparation

Cook beef, sliced onion, sliced bell pepper, soy sauce and butter until beef is done. Add gravy and simmer. Serve over rice.
