Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. flour
jelly
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and smooth.
Add egg yolks and beat until light and lemon colored.
Add the flour and work until bowl and spoon come clean of dough.
Pinch off small piece (about size of large grape) of dough, roll into a ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press forefinger in center of each and fill with small amount of jelly.
Bake about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Should be lightly brown.
If necessary, bake an extra 5 minutes or increase temperature to 375\u00b0.
