Crunch Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    juice from 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    8 c. Delicious apples (with skins on)
    drained crushed pineapple
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 c. whole skinless peanuts
Preparation
    Boil first 5 ingredients until thick.
    Slice apples thin.
    Mix the crushed pineapple in at the time.
    Toss with cool cooked mixture.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Before serving, add peanuts.
    Chill before serving.
