Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup up chicken
    1/2 c. white/red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, mustard, garlic, onion and rosemary. Marinate chicken 3 to 12 hours before cooking.
    Heat one side of grill at low to medium.
    Put chicken on unlit side and bake/grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
