Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pound out chicken with mallet until 1/4-inch thick.
    Mix next 4 ingredients together.
    Combine this mixture with 1 tablespoon butter in the center of each chicken breast.
    Rub into chicken breasts; roll and secure with toothpicks.
    Put chicken in flour, then eggs and then bread crumbs.
    Deep fry for 7 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until golden brown or place chicken, seam side down in greased pan.
