Chicken, Rice And Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boiled chicken breasts
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cream-style corn, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli in cheese sauce, thawed
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil chicken; remove meat from bones.
    Reserve broth.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch, 2-quart baking dish or 9-inch square pan.
    In large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 (1-cup) servings.
