Potato Salad Allemand - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon, diced
1 large onion, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
3 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
minced parsley to taste
Preparation

Fry the bacon in a skillet until crisp, then remove from skillet.
Brown the onion in bacon drippings.
Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper and bring to boil.
Add potatoes and parsley and heat thoroughly.
Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with bacon.
Serves 6.
