Zucchini And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    dash of pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (more to taste)
    1 big 1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    2 big tomatoes, sliced 1/3-inch thick (1 lb.)
    1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Make sauce:
    Saute onion and garlic until golden in butter and oil about 5 minutes; add salt, basil, pepper and tomato sauce. Bring to boiling and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
