French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites (lightly beaten)
    4 slices whole grain bread
    1/4 c. cinnamon applesauce
Preparation
    Lightly oil non-stick pan and heat on medium.
    Lightly beat egg and applesauce by hand.
    Soak each slice of bread on both sides.
    Brown bread in skillet on both sides, top with strawberry jam.
    Serves two.
